‘Have You Never Been Yellow?’ Review
By Dave Loftin

Morgan Taylor is back with his loveable little creature from the sun, Gustafer Yellowgold. On Have You Never Been Yellow?, Taylor offers his soft indie-rock sound, perfect for those quiet moments with your kids; he does a splendid job of bringing kids and adults together through his music. But there are a few more upbeat tunes this time around. In “The Mustard Slugs,” Gustafer makes some new friends he finds in his garden. The track “Punching Cheese” is odd, to say the least; it’s a song you really have to hear to fully appreciate. Once again, Taylor has found a perfect musical balance for keeping both children and parents entertained.
